Fig Balsamic Vinegar
This balsamic vinegar goes great over dry or aged cheese. Perfect compliment with any meat, poultry, pork tenderloin, pork chops or smoked salmon. Wonderful stand alone dressing or mixed with one of our extra virgin olive oils. Drizzle over a spinach salad with walnuts and goat cheese. Pairs well with Blood Orange, Lime, Lemon, Arbosana, Arbequina, Spanish Piqual or Roasted Onion extra virgin olive oil.
Keep sealed in a cool, dark place like a pantry.
