Spinach Chips

Ingredients:

2 large handfuls of spinach
1 Tbsp Epicurean Italian Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/8 tsp Epicurean’s Himalayan Pink Sea Salt

Instructions:

Massage Epicurean Italian Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oil into spinach until all leaves are completely coated.
Add Epicurean’s Himalayan Pink Sea Salt and combine until evenly dispersed.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place leaves on the parchment paper so that they aren’t overlapping, allowing them to cook evenly.
Bake for 9-12 minutes at 350 until crispy.
