Smoked Baby Back Ribs



2 Slabs Baby Back pork ribs (about 4 lb.)
4 to 6 tablespoons Epicurean Smoked Olive Oil (more if needed)


Rinse and pat ribs dry. If desired remove thin membrane from back of ribs by slicing into it with knife and then pulling it off. (This will make ribs more tender). Coat both sides of ribs with Epicurean Smoked Olive Oil.
Place ribs on lower cooking rack .
Cook until tender 45 min at 400 degrees
