Sesame Fried Rice

Ingredients:

3 cups cooked white rice
3 Tablespoons EPICUREAN ORGANIC VIRGIN SESAME OIL
3 Tablespoons frozen peas and carrots
1 small onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 eggs slightly beaten
¼ cup soy sauce

Instructions:

(Medium high heat) heat Epicurean Organic Virgin Sesame Seed Oil in large skillet or wok. Add peas and carrots mix, onion and garlic. Stir fry until tender. Lower the heat to medium low and push the mixture off to 1 side. Pour your eggs on the other side of skillet and stir the rice and soy sauce and blend all together well. Stir fry until thoroughly heated. Try adding some green onion.
