Roasted Pepper

Ingredients:
12 Baby Bell Peppers
2 Tbs. Epicurean Oregano Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove garlic minced
Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
Cut and seed the baby bell peppers. Place on baking sheet, cut side up. Drizzle the Epicurean Oregano Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the peppers. Sprinkle with minced garlic.
Season with salt & pepper. Roast for 25 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
