Epicurean Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
Set oven to broil.
Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick cooking spray. Cut the zucchini into slices and place the slices on the pan. Generously drizzle with the Epicurean Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan Cheese.
Broil for approximately 8 minutes or until zucchini is tender and cheese has browned.
