Camembert Cheese with Pear Balsamic




One 8 oz wheel Camembert (or Brie) Cheese
1 Tbs. unsalted butter
2 Tbs. Brandy
3 Tbs. Epicurean Pear Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary, plus more for garnish
8 walnut halves


Slice the cheese wheel in half crosswise & set aside.
In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt butter, add rosemary, stir in brandy & 1 Tbs. Epicurean Pear Balsamic Vinegar. Remove from heat.
Spread mixture over bottom half of cheese wheel. Transfer cheese to serving plate.
Warm the remaining 2 Tbs. of Epicurean Pear Balsamic Vinegar in the skillet.
Top the bottom half of the cheese with the remaining half of the cheese wheel, add walnut halves to center of the wheel and drizzle the warm Pear Balsamic over the top. Sprinkle the walnuts with rosemary.
Serve immediately.
