White Balsamic Vinegar
This balsamic vinegar is made from Modena, Italy from white Trebbiano grapes and has a classic, clean balsamic taste. Can be used with any lighter color foods without discoloring. Use in sauces, dressings, over fruits, for meats, fowl or fish and on pasta or fruit salads. Also use to deglaze a pan! Wonderful flavor.
