Slow-Cooker Boston Butt

Ingredients:

3-4 LB. Boston Butt
1 cup Apple Juice
Salt
¾ cup EPICUREAN SMOKED BROWN SUGAR

Instructions:

Place meat in crock pot and pour 1 cup apple juice on top. Sprinkle some salt into the apple juice and on top of the meat. Add ¾ cup EPICUREAN SMOKED BROWN SUGAR and 1/3 cup of Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and put on high for 30 min. Reduce heat to low and cook for 8 hrs or until meat is fall apart and tender.
To make pulled BBQ pulled pork: 30 min. before your ready to serve, remove meat from slow cooker and shred. Drain all juice from cooker and place shredded pork back into cooker. Add 1 quart of your favorite BBQ Sauce and mix well.
