Olive and Caper Tapenade

Ingredients:

 1 cup black olives, minced
 3 tbs. capers, crushed
 3 cloves garlic, minced
 4 leaves basil, minced
 2-3 tbsp Epicurean Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1/2 lemon, juice

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients on a cutting board and mince until fine or puree in a food processor.
