Jalapeno Mustard Grilled Chicken
3 lbs. chicken thighs
2 garlic cloves, pressed
2 tbsp Epicurean Jalapeno Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 tbsp Jalapeno Whiskey Mustard
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tsp black pepper
Combine all ingredients, EXCEPT LEMON, in a bowl.
Marinate chicken for 2 to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
Grill chicken thighs between 7-10 minutes per side
Use a meat thermometer to ensure your chicken is cooked to at least 175 degrees Fahrenheit
Place cooked chicken thighs in aluminum foil & squeeze the lemon over the chicken Close the aluminum foil and let it steam with the lemon juice for about 10-15 minutes
