Italian Herb Chicken Marinara
3-4 skinless chicken breasts
1 jar Epicurean’s Ceriello Marinara Sauce
Epicurean Italian Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oil
l bag of Mozzarella Cheese
Your favorite pasta.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Drizzle olive oil on bottom of baking dish.
Fork chicken on both sides and place in dish.
Drizzle Epicurean Italian Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top of chicken. Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 30 minutes, covered. Remove and pour Epicurean’s Ceriello Marinara Sauce over chicken.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes, covered
Remove and sprinkle the bag of mozzarella cheese over chicken. Cover and bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 15 minutes. Serve over angel hair or bow pasta.
