Grilled Balsamic Garlic Steak
2 tablespoons of Epicurean Premium Balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon of kosher salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper
½ cup of Epicurean Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 sprig of fresh rosemary
1 steak of your preference, about 2 lbs
Mix together in a plastic bag the Epicurean Premium Balsamic Vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, Epicurean Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and rosemary. Add the steak let marinate for 4 – 6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Heat the grill to medium – high and cook the steak for 6-8 minutes per side for rare, and a few minutes longer for medium. Let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
Slice the steak thinly and serve.
