Bourbon Baked Ham
1 (6-8 LB) fully cooked, bone – in ham
¼ cup bourbon
1- 8 oz pkg. Epicurean’s Smoked Brown Sugar
1 cup spicy brown mustard
1 cup cola
Fresh Bay Leaves
Remove skin from ham & trim fat to ¼ inch thickness.
Mark shallow cuts in fat ¾ inches apart in a diagonal pattern & drizzle with bourbon.
Place ham in a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
Stir together Epicurean’s Smoked Brown Sugar, mustard & cola and pour slowly over ham.
Bake on oven’s lowest rack at 350 for 2 ½ hrs. basting with pan juices every 15 – 20 minutes.
Remove ham from oven and let stand 20 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with fresh bay leaves.
