Pan-Seared Lamb Chops

Ingredients:

8 lamb chops
2 Tbs Epicurean Arbosana Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbs LeZ Ranch Herbes de Provence Herbal Seasoning
8 cloves garlic, peeled
2 Tbs butter
Ground pepper

Instructions:

1. Season the lamb chops with Epicurean Arbosana Extra Virgin Olive Oil & the LeZ Ranch Herbes de Provence Herbal Seasoning, along with ground pepper.
2. Melt the butter in a sauté pan over medium high heat.
3. Add lamb chops & garlic cloves; cook until the chops are golden brown on each side.
4. Serve immediately.
