Lime Grilled Avocado
Epicurean Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil
coarsely ground black pepper
Cut avocados in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
Brush with the Epicurean Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place cut side down on medium-high heat grill, and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until warm and char marks appear.
Use a spatula to remove from grill.
