Lemony Green Beans
2 lbs. fresh green beans trimmed
6 green onions chopped
½ cup chopped fresh or 1 tsp. dried basil
2 Tbs. Epicurean Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ tsp. Epicurean’s Lemon Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Cook beans in boiling water to cover for 15 minutes; drain. Place beans in a large bowl.
Whisk together Epicurean Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Epicurean’s Lemon Sea Salt and pepper. Pour mixture over beans. Add onion and basil, tossing to coat.
