Dark Brownie and Strawberry Kabobs
1 box brownie mix
2 16 oz packages of large strawberries
1 bag of large marshmallows
Wooden skewers cut in half
Epicurean Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar Condimento
Spray mini muffin pans with non-stick spray
Prepare the brownies according to directions on box. & divide mix among muffin tins.
Bake for 15 – 20 minutes. Allow brownies to cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Clean & dry the strawberries and cut each one so both ends are flat. Layer a strawberry, brownie, and marshmallow & strawberry on each skewer.
Drizzle with Epicurean Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar Condimento & enjoy!
