Pan Seared Lamb Chops

Ingredients:

·         8 lamb chops

·         2 Tbs. Epicurean Arbosana  Extra Virgin Olive Oil

·         1 Tbs. herbs de Provense (Epicurean Lavender Seasoning Blend)

·         8 cloves garlic, peeled

·         2 Tbs. butter

·         Ground pepper

 

Directions

Season the lamb chops with Epicurean Arbosana  Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Epicurean Lavender Seasoning Blend along with black pepper. Melt the butter in a sauté pan over medium high heat. Add lamb chops and garlic cloves; cook until the chops are golden brown on each side. Serve immediately
