  • 4 per serving, Jamon Serrano (Ham)
  • 5 per serving, Asparagus
  • 1 per serving, Egg - poached
  • Epicurean Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • salt and pepper
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • Fleur de sel (Salt)

Method

  1. Toast bread with 
  2. Epicurean Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  3. , salt and pepper
  4. Add sliced serrano, asparagus that has been reheated in sauce pan and poached egg
  5. Finish with Fleur de sel, fresh ground pepper and a good drizzle of 
  6. Epicurean Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
