Camembert Cheese with Pear Balsamic


One 8 oz wheel Camembert (or Brie) Cheese  (must be cold to slice)

1 Tbs unsalted butter

2 Tbs Brandy

3 Tbs Epicurean Pear Balsamic Vinegar

1 tsp chopped rosemary, plus additional for garnish

8 walnut halves


Slice cheese wheel in half crossways and set aside.

In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt butter, add rosemary, stir in brandy and 1 Tbs Epicurean Pear Balsamic Vinegar

Remove from heat

Spread mixture over bottom half of cheese wheel. Transfer cheese to serving plate.

Warm the remaining 2 Tbs Epicurean Pear Balsamic Vinegar in the skillet.

Top the bottom half of cheese with remaining half of cheese wheel, add walnut halves to center of wheel and drizzle the warm pear Balsamic over the top.

Sprinkle the walnuts with Rosemary. Serve immediately.
