Ingredients

  • PER SERVING
  • 3/4 cup, cold watermelon - cubed
  • 1/4 cup, feta cheese - crumbled or cubed
  • 1/4 medium, red onion - cut in paper thin slices
  • Epicurean White Balsamic Vinegar to taste

Method

  1. Place the watermelon in a bowl
  2. Top with most of the onions and feta cheese
  3. Place remaining onions on top
  4. Sprinkle with 
  5. Epicurean White Balsamic Vinegar to taste
  6. Serve
