Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons, sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon, sugar
  • 2 teaspoons, fresh garlic - finely minced
  • 6 tablespoons, Epicurean Lemongrass Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Epicurean Arbosana Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 3 cups, micro salad greens
  • freshly ground pepper

Method

  1. In medium size salad bowl combine salt, sugar, garlic and Epicurean Lemongrass Balsamic Vinegar 
  2. Whisk until salt dissolves completely
  3. Add micro-green
  4. Add Epicurean Arbosana Extra Virgin Olive Oil and toss
  5. Finish with pepper and plate
